I purchased this black seed oil because of the great health benefits. When constantly taking this product I noticed pain relief in regard to muscle pain and/or joint pain that I had when working out. It also helped me with my clogged up sinus. I didnt really care for the taste but I have yet to find any black seed oil that tastes good. Lol. I will be purchasing more.
